Welcome to Villa Peleo, an elegant Mediterranean retreat where contemporary comfort meets the timeless beauty of the Dubrovnik region.

Set within a peaceful private estate surrounded by lush greenery, the villa is an exclusive escape for up to eight guests. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms, four private bathrooms, generous living spaces inside and an expansive outdoor area are made for relaxed days, long summer evenings and moments shared with family and friends.

The architecture combines traditional Mediterranean character with modern sophistication. Warm terracotta details, natural textures and large glass doors create bright, inviting interiors that open naturally towards the garden and pool terrace.

01The heated pool
An 11 × 4 m heated pool takes centre stage, 1.60 m deep, with Roman steps, a poolside shower and sun loungers on the deck. Pool towels are provided.

A brick-built barbecue and an outdoor kitchen beside the alfresco dining area — summer dinners under the stars, without going indoors.
03Terraces & garden

Before you book

Which days can we arrive and leave?

Stays at Villa Peleo begin and end on a Saturday or a Sunday — for example, arrive on a Sunday and leave the following Saturday. The calendar only offers the days that work, and shows the minimum stay for the date you pick.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00, and check-out between 06:00 and 10:00. The host meets every guest in person on arrival and shows you around the villa — just let us know your expected arrival time.

How many people does the villa sleep?

Up to 8 guests, in four bedrooms: one with twin beds on the ground floor and three with king-size beds and balconies on the first floor. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted in the villa, and parties and events are not allowed.

Is the pool heated?

Yes. The private pool is heated, 11 by 4 metres and 1.60 m deep, with Roman steps and a poolside shower. Pool towels are provided.

Is there parking, and can we charge an electric car?

Yes — there is private parking on the estate and a private charging station for electric vehicles.

How far is Dubrovnik?

Dubrovnik’s Old Town and city walls are about 30 minutes away by car, and Dubrovnik Airport is a short drive from the villa.

How do we pay?

By bank transfer — no card is charged. More than 14 days before arrival you can pay the first night to hold the dates and the rest 14 days before you arrive, or pay the whole stay at once with 10% off. Closer to arrival, the full amount is due within 12 hours.
